Every single moment of dis-ease offers us an opportunity to practice. The suffering in those moments is an incentive to practice, we want a life that is free from suffering.
This is what the dharma path is all about. But how do we practice in those moments?
This will be a practical workshop where we learn how to meet the dukkha in our own lives in three different ways; through the body, the heart and our natural intelligence.
Sometimes we can engage directly with dukkha, to powerful effect. At other times it’s more appropriate to have a very light touch.
I hope you’ll come away from this workshop with a clear sense of the different ways you can meet and transform dukkha when it arises.
The workshop takes place on Zoom and will include periods of meditation and reflection.
